Owner/Chef/Founder of Hon Sushi Catering LLC

I began my training as a Sushi Chef at Kabuki Japanese Steakhouse in Fernandina Beach Florida, 2002 and became a partner in Amelia City Sushi in 2014. I traveled to North Carolina to join Baku as a Sushi Chef. Years later I came home to work for Delaware North, the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Atlanta Braves. There I did Private events for the Team owners, players, game day events, concerts including the Rolling Stones and Kid Rock. I personally prepared sushi in the owner’s suite(Shad Khan of the Jacksonville Jaguars) for 4 seasons, along with doing traveling sushi catering events all over the country, including the Jacobs home(the owners of Delaware North) for the Palm Beach Masters Equestrian Event from 2016-2019. I have also done events for two Tampa Bay Lightnings All Star games, the Buffalo Bills Stadium, the Scooter Braun Agency, Ameris Bank, Dream Finders Home Builders, Dream Finders at Sawgrass PGA, on Shad Khan’s Yacht(the Kismet) and PGA East Lake Golf Club
