I’m am a home taught chef, I have been cooking since a child and have been doing private dinners for 3/4 years currently. My goal is to make private dinners a more approachable thing and a bit more creative than a standard menu. I think being not formally trained is an advantage in some ways that allows me to operate in my own creativity than inside a trained standard.
