Originally from NJ (The Garden State), he was the chef/co-owner of the highly acclaimed BYOB restaurant 'The Brothers Moon'.

The Brothers Moon was one of the first true "Farm and Table" restaurants in NJ for 18 years, from 2000-2018.

Now happily settled in the Boulder, Colorado area. PersonalChefWill; hobbies are cooking, skiing, 4X4, hiking, reading, and bicycling.

PersonalChefWill now focuses his passion on cooking smaller more intimate gatherings of 2-24 people. Cooking exciting meals in your home.

We provide fully customizable menus, shopping, prep, cooking, serving, and cleaning up.
