I am a native of Louisville, KY and have been cooking since I could crawl, being taught by my grandmother, Mary Alice, who I plan to name my first restaurant after. I have been working in restaurants for over 22 years, with the majority of my experience in fine dining. Since going vegan 10 years ago, I have pushed my creativity to new heights, recreating the southern food I grew up with. I am currently working at Number 15, on the historic Whiskey Row. I have plans to open my own local restaurant, in the next five years.
