Hello everyone! I am Wen from Tokyo and Paris, with over 20 years of experience as a chef in Paris, New York City, Tokyo, Bangkok and Italy. I cook with bright flavors inspired by Thai/asian cuisine using classically trained French techniques and focus on both delicious and healthy cuisine. I can make all the classic American dishes as well and my specialty is Pasta thanks to 10 years of experience as a sous chef for an Italian celebrity chef and James Beard Award winner.

I’m also an expert in gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan as well as anti-inflammatory and healthy cuisine. Most of my ingredients are organic and locally sourced. Most importantly, I can promise to always deliver the most flavorful dishes possible!

I have 11 years of experience working in restaurants around the world for a celebrity chef as well as private events/catering and personal chef. I can also add wine pairing, cocktails and beverages to your meals. I’d love to cook for you and your family/friends and create flavorful dining experiences that are unforgettable!

I am a trained chef from Cordon Bleu in Paris and was fortunate enough to be a sous chef for a 6 times James Beard Award winning celebrity chef.
