I have a unique background I am Chief Strategy Officer for some of the biggest brands and ad agencies by day. By night I am a Chef for private clients, events large and small, in-home dining and parties of any size by night.,
Cooking is my passion. There is nothing more satisfying, than people satisfied by your food. My cooking style has influences from the Caribbean, France, contemporary America, Italian and Spanish cuisine. I am also an excellent baker who specializes in cakes and all breads. I like cooking for people with eclectic tastes that test my creativity. I only use the finest ingredients to ensure quality, taste and presentation.
I am a Jamaican who was raised in Toronto and now reside in LA. Personally, I am a quick study. I’m calm and focused even under extreme pressure. I work well in a team or by myself. I am a great problem solver and always see them as opportunities to get better.
