About The Chef:

Chef Wayne began his cooking career at age 16. When asked what sparked his interest in the culinary arts, he often laughs. Why? It was never his intention to enter the field. As a high school student, the classes he wished to enroll (masenery and electrical engineering) were full. The only course with availability was food and nutrition. Reluctantly he enrolled under the impresion his course would be switched. When the opportunity to enter those classes presented itself; it was too late. Chef Wayne fell in love with the art of cooking.

The culinary landscape is filled with flavors, textures, and techniques that intrigue us. If you can imagine a meal, we can make that meal a reality. This isn’t your mother’s cooking, and it isn’t supposed to be. Our goal is to create meals for you that you are not able to create for yourself.

Our menus are customized within your budget using fresh, high quality, in season ingredients. Our bar for service is excellence and our goal is to go above and beyond.
