As an expert chef with over 16 years of experience, I have dedicated my life to perfecting the craft of cooking. From my humble beginnings in a pizzeria, I have honed my skills through years of practice, experimentation, and study.

Over the years, I have developed a passion for creating dishes that are both visually stunning and delicious. I pride myself on my ability to invent new and exciting flavor combinations.

I have a deep understanding of the importance of using fresh and high-quality ingredients. I believe that the key to great cooking lies in the quality of the ingredients used, and I make it a point to acquire the freshest and most flavorful ingredients possible.

Whether I am creating a new dish or putting my own twist on a classic dish, my goal is always the same - to create a dining experience that is both unique and satisfying. I believe that food has the power to bring people together, and I feel honored to be able to share my love of cooking with others.

My grandparents home in Jamaica. My grandfather was a Chef in a cruise ship and he showed me the joy of bringing a dish to fruition.

Chef Wayne was awesome, he created some awesome meals, we were all stuffed when we were finished with our meals. He did everything to make our dining experience great!! Made our trip!! Would recommend Chef Wayne to everyone!!!

Chef Wayne was AMAZING! He was engaging and attentive. The food was great and his cleaned up was spotless! I would definitely recommend and use him again!

Chef Wayne gave us a fantastic dining experience for my wife's 40th birthday party! The food was all delicious, and portion sizes were enormous. His beet salad was perfectly prepared, and I'm not even a huge salad person. We asked if he could get good avocados, since we just moved to the area from California, and he actually sourced California avocados for the Avo Toast (which was an over the top preparation also). He paid close attention to all the food sensitivities in the group, and even distinguished different sets of sensitivities for different individuals, creating a few special dishes for one person in particular. He made just the right amount of fun conversation with several of us, and was happy to answer any questions for any guests as he was preparing the meal. A nice thing too was that even though he and his assistant chef took over the kitchen, he was happy to make room if we needed to pop in for something, and helped me wash some berries I had brought for a few little kids in the group. Overall, a delicious meal and wonderful experience. The food was probably better than most restaurants in our area, and was prepared right in our home. Would definitely hire Chef Wayne again!

Chef Wayne was AMAZING! From the minute front door opened he was engaging, friendly, and professional! I did this to surprise my fiancé for his birthday, and Chef Wayne made the surprise even better because he engaged us in conversation, explained his background of why food is important to him, and took the time to get to know us! Beyond his great personality, this man can cook his ass off! It was effortless to see how well he prepared the food, served it, and kept my kitchen clean while doing it all. His communication before the date was impeccable, and he caters the menu to us as the client. All in all, if you get two proposals and Chef Wayne is one of them… ALWAYS choose him. He has a natural born talent and you will not be dissatisfied!
