Chef Wade cooked a meal for our friend group while on vacation - it was 6 adults and 6 kids. Throughout the night he was friendly, flexible (we had apps and salad in the living room and dinner/dessert in dining room) and professional. But most importantly the food was all fantastic! Everything was made with high quality ingredients and all tasted great. Would definitely recommend!

Chef Wade was a sheer delight. The food was everything we hoped for our anniversary dinner and then some. The flavor is unmatched, he was punctual and prepared and we simply sat back and enjoyed a fantastic meal. We could not stop saying “Wow”. He can cook anything really and he answered our soul food fusion real to perfection. Definitely will be requesting him again. Great job and such a special experience!

The occasion was a 50th birthday dinner for my husband, with family and friends. For such a milestone event I wanted everything to be perfect, unique and captivating... Chef Wade was the embodiment of all those things and more. From the moment we spoke on the phone to finalize the menu, I knew that Chef Wade understood my vision for this event and shared my enthusiasm. Milestone birthdays come but once and I certainly made the correct choice in Chef Wade. He was punctual, prepared and professional. His warm and outgoing personality and charm, won over everyone present. The wonderful aromas wafting from our kitchen greeted guests as they arrived and only heightened our anticipation of what was to be served that evening. Chef Wade also made wine recommendations for each of the four courses that only enhanced the mastery of his skills in the kitchen. Service went smoothly and the compliments to Chef Wade were on the lips of everyone present. At the end of evening everything had been graciously consumed and not a morsel was left. Chef Wade left our kitchen as spotless as he found it and departed amidst heartfelt applause and praise. Chef Wade made a milestone birthday a memorable one! Thank you Chef Wade for a magical evening that we will remember for a lifetime!

Chef Wade was great! His dishes were terrific and he provided some great context to each. He was the perfect balance of discrete and entertaining. He left the kitchen nice and clean.
