Chef Vivian Dodson

Combing my education with a strong passion for culinary arts, I've worked in the commercial food industry since I've started my career. I feel that I have really found my calling being a personal chef. I love working one on one with clients and their families to make sure that they are pleased with their food and experience. Some of my clients have been The Bucs one season and the Yankees in another, which included Mr. Steinbrenner, private yacht clubs, and private aviation.

My style is infusion. I like to combine all types of food to give the ultimate foodie experience. I'm well-versed in American, Latin, Caribbean, BBQ, Mediterranean, Soul Food, vegan/vegetarian, dietary restriction, low sodium and new venture baby food.

Well versed in buffet style and batch cooking, I have a full understanding of proper cooking fundamentals,

misen place and team-work. Multi-skilled, having handled the role of a kitchen manager as well as worked front of the house. A reliable, self-starter with a can-do attitude—that is applied to any and every position. I am a sober, dependable, mature individual that carries their own weight.

I support the local farmers market and use organic ingredients. I have recently joined American Chef Federation, an as an aspiring chef, I am very serious about cooking. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and look forward to having a long, successful career.
