Get to know me better

I look to create memorable culinary experiences in casual settings that also offer exposure to unique fusions and traditional methods.

I have been a professional chef for 15 years. I got my start in the northern suburbs of Chicago before I moved to Sonoma County in 2015. We're very lucky to have access to some of the best produce and small batch product in the country. I'm especially passionate about international traditions and techniques paired with locally sourced ingredients to create engaging cuisine. My work in Japanese fare led me to Kyoto and Osaka, where I really fell in love with certain food customs and processes that helped develop my culinary voice.
