I am a self taught Chef who has built a brand from the ground up. I have been cooking for family and friends my whole life. I decided to turn my passion into a business. My culinary talent has provided me opportunities to cater and cook for celebrities like LL Cool J and The Roots. My brand is a fusion Caribbean concept that highlights my Haitian and Puerto Rican background while also incorporating my spin on Caribbean classics like Jerk chicken and cubano sandwiches.
