I am passionate about all food and wine but especially love the craft of the Italian kitchen

I am a professional chef who studied at the Institute of Culinary Education under the tutelage of Chefs Anne Burrel and Alexandra Guanaschelli. For the past 20 years I have worked in 5-star, 5-diamond resorts, celebrity chef owned restaurants, had my own restaurants in Los Angeles as well as being a private chef for high net worth families. I have run hotels with 650 room with six restaurants and banquets as well as created simple dinners for two. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to compete on Iron Chef America against Chef Geoffery Zakarian.
