Hi! My name is Veronica and I am from the beautiful state of Colorado and me, my boyfriend and my dog have been on the road traveling and exploring the US in our camper van and we have made it to this unbelievable state of Arkansas. I have a huge passion for food and cooking for others, it all started in college at Johnson and Wales Culinary Arts University. I always hosted parties with my friends full of music, games and a spread of food and drinks……..my idea of a great time and my favorite part is being the host. I have 12 years of experience in the kitchen and 6 of those years are as Sous Chef. Most of my experience has been with the Four Seasons Hotel and that is where I honed my skills and truly grew into the Chef I am today. I am well rounded in catering and fine dining and today my cuisine is a combination of the two. Putting technique and finess into homemade dishes that you can share on your home dinner table. I am now in a stage in my career where I want to personalize my cuisine and create intimate and memorable experiences for people in their homes.
