I attended J & W university for culinary school in my earlier years obtaining (2) industry related degrees. I went on to work and head up some of the tri-state's best restaurants. I've also appeared on Food networks "chopped" & "Beat Bobby Flay" competing against the best chefs the industry has to offer.
