Hello! I am Chef Vasily Shichkov with 10+ years of experience in culinary arts. My strong passion for culinary excellence and leading experience allowed me to move quickly from a cook position to an executive chef role just within three years.

Several years ago I moved to the United States and continued my adventure in the culinary world. Learning the processes and experience of American cuisine, working in the top hotels and restaurants of the DMV area (like Park Hyatt Washington, Ritz-Carlton TC), and cooking for the American celebrities and politicians for two years, I was inspired for creating my own menu.

It is my pleasure to present my vision of modern American fusion cuisine which is based on a fresh local seasonal product, modern techniques, American classical recipes, some Asian and French accents, and my spirit and soul.

I believe my international and local experience will allow my guests to pursue an amazing, unforgettable adventure and discover my culinary world!

Chief was amazingly polite with a smile. He was very attentive and engaging. He answered questions and was very interactive with everyone at the 10-person birthday dinner party! I was most impressed with him taking off his shoes when he entered my home. And he brought his trash can and took the trash with him after joining my family to say good night. Thanks, Chef, you made my birthday special!

Chef Vasily is one of the best chefs we have ever had at our events and we already are planning to hire him in the near future. Words cannot express our experience. Chef Vasily made our evening one that will be remembered and talked about for years and years to come. Our party was so excited about our evening but upon Chef Vasily’s arrival we knew we were in for the night of our lives and he did not disappoint! From the smells, the presentation to the taste of the food was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. This was our first time using a professional Chef but I can assure you, it will not be our last! And we can’t imagine having anyone other than Chef Vasily provide us with that delicious meal! We can't stop talking about my mother's impressive birthday dinner - Chef Vasily conducted swift and effective communication leading up to the event, curating the menu according to our wishes. On the day, he was prompt, kind, clean, and professional. The food was absolutely exceptional, it was only the best ingredients - all 6 of us received a truly perfect cut of filet mignon. Chef Vasily was very sweet to my mother, and I'm certain she will want to do it again next year! Highly recommend!

Chef Vasily was outstanding! He created a beautiful dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday, and everyone there enjoyed their meals start to finish. His attention to detail was amazing, and each dish had so many beautiful and thoughtful components. We particularly loved his corn soup and the halibut, but literally every dish was outstanding. I would hire him again any time!!!! He was also very responsive, open to adjustments as we planned, and he arrived on time and cleaned up perfectly. Truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
