International plant based chef with 13 years of experience working in kitchens in Italy and London

I'm an international plant based chef and pastry chef with 13 years of experience in the field. I'm italian american and speak three languages fluently.

My career started in Catania, Sicily where i was born and raised. I originally learned traditional recipes like risotto, arancina, focaccia, cannoli and more, and then adapted the recipes to plant based versions creating mouthwatering dishes. In London I worked with some of the best chefs and high end restaurants like Holy Carrot, Wild Food Cafè, Redemption, Mildreds and more. I started working as a private chef for fun after my head chef asked me if I could assist him in preparing a catering event, the guests all loved the food so much I was asked to work as a full time chef for a family of four and from then I grew my clientele.

After living in London for seven years I decided to move back to the US and share my passion and knowledge in Miami.

I am excited to cater for you and prepare mouth watering plant based meals and desserts.
