Kitchen is my soulmate. I’m a passionate and meticulous cook who’s seeking to give my costumers the most sublime experience

I am a professional Chef and I’ve been working in the industry for the last 19 years. I graduated in Mexico City at Ambrosia Culinary Center and I started working with Chocolate Chef Master Luis Robledo Richards, where I learned the majestic world of bakery, pastry and desserts. I had the chance of work with others local Chefs in Venezuela, getting knowledge about international-fusion food and opening the doors on my Resume to get an amazing job in Miami Beach at Cadillac Hotel with the incredible Puerto Rican chef, Carlos Pimentel and becoming and important piece of its operation; having 3 kitchens, including Italian, International-Fusion and Banquets. I consider myself as an everyday learning Chef who wants to cook for those in love with the kitchen that are seeking for unforgettable memories full of color and flavors.
