I'm a passionate food lover who enjoys cooking and making memories while doing so.
I am a professional certified Chef through the ACF (American Culinary Federation). I have a little over 20 years cooking experience with 10 of those years working in restaurants. I graduated from Bishop state community college with a A.A.S. Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. I have worked in fast food for a collective of about 4 years and have worked in a couple dietary programs for a hospital and Retirement community. I have 2 years experience as a sushi chef until the pandemic hit which caused me to go into the private sector for work.
