Appalachian native, working in hocking hills a personal chef to a private estate for almost a decade. As a classically trained chef, I began my culinary journey at the age of 13 in a professional culinary program ProStart. ProStart provided opportunities through various competitions to continue my culinary journey by providing a path to top culinary schools in the country. I attended Sullivan, a private culinary school where I refined my gastronomic skills. Operating in elite establishments progressively throughout my career I have trained with some of the best chefs in the country learning and honing my palate and culinary creativity.
My menus are inspired by seasonal, local, sustainable elegance and worldly travels. With an homage to classic preparation mixed with modern gastronomy. Creating unique prix fixe menus allows the highlight of seasonal ingredients crafted to showcase their best flavor. As a chef, I enjoy working with my guests to create a menu based on their preferences and dietary accommodations. THIS IS ME!
