I am Tyler Rondeno, a graduate of Culinary Institute Lenôtre, Houston TX. My educational background, also includes a degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which has laid a strong foundation for my ultimate goal of an executive chef in the professional sports realm. I now find myself immersing in the culinary landscape of Frisco, Texas.

Fueled by a profound dedication to my craft, a passion for excellence, boundless creativity, a steadfast work ethic, a creative vision, and unyielding faith are the cornerstones of what has gotten me this far! I am eager to leverage these attributes in any setting and look to continue to make a meaningful impact with every opportunity. I am poised to contribute effectively and achieve remarkable outcomes in this exciting new phase of my career. I am enthusiastic about applying these strengths to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations in all my culinary endeavors.

It began with three simple words food, family, and love; watching my uncle stir gumbo pot every holiday with pride, or my grandmother folding love into every piece of lemon meringue pie. And as life continue on, my love for cooking continued to be a constantly curious journey on what I could discover next. Through cooking shows, movies, and all the dishes and chefs I had discovered to an expanded imagination, from perfecting a roux to plating with elegance. Professionally, culinary school set an exemplary foundation to sharpen my skills, and simply turn my passion into precision. Each lesson—be it from family recipe, a cooking show challenge, or a chef’s critique—became a stepping stone in my journey. New Orleans taught me that food is love, legacy, and art. Today, I carry those lessons forward, blending tradition with innovation and always cooking from the heart.

My culinary style is rooted in New Orleans soulful flavors much like gumbo pot that creates a harmonious balance of New Orleans flavor. As a chef, I see each dish as a canvas, where i can infuse my passion, creativity, and joy through my dishes, I speak with artistry, passion, and a love for creating memorable dining moments. My culinary expertise spans a wide range of cuisines, beginning with deeply embedded Southern roots of New Orleans to well-rounded culinary palate of globally-inspired dishes. I am adept at accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and more.
