I am a professional kitchen trained chef, I’ve worked in various top fine dining establishments such as Hinoki and th Bird, Yamashiro, Barton G, Vespertine. I’ve worked in fine dining for over 4 years and upscale for 4 years. I was a line cook for 2 years, then Sous chef, Chef De Partie. I’m really clean with my knife skills. I can cook anything.
