I'm from Detroit Michigan. I was fortunate to grow up in a house with an exceptional chef. My mother Brenda owned a catering company and trained me since the age of 9 years old. I have had the privilege of using the skills she taught me to win Food Networks Cooks vs. Cons season 4 episode 10. I am a private chef for Ncstate men's basketball, I hold the position of food service director at first baptist church in downtown Raleigh.
