My love for traditional southern comfort foods and experience with small wine dinner style plating has made for a great combination.
I've been in the hospitality business for 7 years, and for the last 5 years I've worked for private clubs on the east coast. My summers were spent cooking on Nantucket, Ma. Winters I would travel to others states to learn new techniques and flavor profiles. Working in small Ma and Pa restaurants, and high end staples has made for an amazing flavor combination with a beautifully vibrant aesthetic.
