I have 5 years Catering experience and Assistant Catering Manager for Sodexo Magic, at Grambling University. I was approved to attend Walt DisneyWorld Culinary Program in Orlando Florida. I enjoyed the experience there as a Chef. I have my own Small Catering Business of 4 years now.
