Get to know me better

Mediterranean specialty chef, I use local produce to highlight silk road flavors.

I graduated top of her class from the Culinary Institute of America where I was classically trained in French cuisine. I then went on to be a private chef for international celebrities including Paul McCartney, Jimmy Buffett and many more.

I'm mostly known for my vibrant plant-based Mediterranean cooking style. My work includes curating pop-up restaurants for places such as Jivamukti Yoga Center and Soho House

When the pandemic hit, I became the owner of Not Boring Events where I do cheese, chocolate and wine tasting for companies such as Mckinsey and Company, Deloitte, BCG and Dell.
