I have been a professional Chef for 17 years now I'm originally from Baton Rouge Louisiana I currently reside in Colorado. I am a Cajun chef, but I am not limited to Cajun cuisine. I love all cuisines. My life has changed since coming to Colorado I became a dietitian chef I'm not in all traditional kitchen I feel traditional kitchen are not for me. Being able to go to someone's home and give them and intimate service by catering to just them is very worthwhile. Being in the kitchen is like being near a waterfall calming and amazing. I love to have fun and listen to music while cooking. I have a bubbly inviting outspoken passionate spirit when it comes to talking to others cooking and just being engaging with everyone.
