I have over 20 years of culinary experience, working in all areas of hospitality. I started when I was 14 years old washing dishes and prep work at a local restaurant, in my home town, York, United Kingdom. I then went on to work in Michelin Starred restaurants and in 2005 I moved to the US from the UK. I worked in Relais and Chateaux properties on the east coast, including The Fearrington House Restaurant in North Carolina and Topper's at The Wauwinet on Nantucket. In 2014 I became the executive chef at The White Elephant Hotel & Brant Point Grill on Nantucket Island. I have experience in fine dining, catering, weddings, banquets, corporate retreats and other social gatherings.
