I am a professional chef with 25 plus years experience. I worked with chef Emeril Lagasse for 16 years of my career. I've worked in fine dining restaurants as well as high end private residences and private clubs. I love cooking for people because I love to make people happy. I have a lot of experience in interactive cooking classes and enjoy working with people. my forte is in New Orleans style cooking but am well versed in a wide variety of culinary genres.
