Private Chef In MiamiI have enjoyed a passionate and pleasurable last 20 years being rewarded by the delight on my customers faces, cooking, operating award winning restaurants including Tarragon Lagos and running a culinary school, I was classically French trained at L’Academie de Cuisine in Maryland and have over the years deepened that experience in fusion, molecular gastronomy modern and avant-garde cooking.
I won the World Luxury Restaurant Award for Best Head Chef in Africa and my restaurant won Awards two years in a row for Best Fine Dining and Food Styling & Presentation in Africa. I have been featured in Forbes, Cuisine Noir, BBC and many other platforms for my work as a Chef and Culinary Instructor.
I have recently turned my focus to curating the most pleasurable experiences for small intimate dinners and exploring how all our senses can be aroused by food.
