Passionate about cooking, always love making new things or making sure old recipes taste the way you like it.
I have a life long background in the restaurant industry, as I grew up helping in the kitchen of my grandmother's traditional Trinidadian restaurant.
I have experience as a prep cook all the way up to multiple years running my own restaurant, and have upwards of 5 years experience on a flat top grill. I have learned most culinary techniques and if I don't know, it's a guarantee I'll figure it out and perfect it.
