I believe no matter what your background, status, origin, religion, or heritage including your diet, lifestyle, allergies, or dislikes- everyone should partake in any party alongside being fed like a royal, hence I will make sure to give you a substitute to make your diet right!
Big News: For so long people with Peanut, Tree Nut, and Shellfish even Gluten Allergic could never dine on Thai food- due to its both practically impossible or unfeasible- But NO LONGER!!! I am one of those few chefs who can make both substitute and completely free from those allergens! So for you allergic individuals, can finally dine upon this raved cuisine that would end you apparently? Now instead of fear, wait with your stomach with joy and amazement!
My backstory how I got into the culinary world. If you want the funny yet fascinating success story ask me on sight. I do gourmet international, if you are on a special diet I can convert 13 different diets even gluten-free. So if you want to make a menu with my culinary prowess, let's make something delicious happen.
I do sushi with overnight shipping and can handle parties up to 150. I am 2 years in apprenticeship with a Chef for 10 year apprenticeship program to give me Sublime quality cuisine; her restaurant has opened! Expat BBQs of the World- Go to The Foundry in STL (St. Louis plus the entirety owned by Niche Food Group- Their cuisine is sublime!) Samantha Nawrocki look her up and visit her place!
