I’m a chef, dad, husband, and ice cream enthusiast. In my spare time I like to have intense ninja battles with my 6 year old. I always have to be the bad guy, though.
I don’t have a favorite thing to cook but I tend to feel most comfortable around Asian and Mediterranean flavors. Also French, as that’s what I was trained in.
