I love cooking privately or for small groups. The ability to communicate more of my personality and my passion for the food is easier when I get to see people face to face.
I grow a garden every year and love to cook and learn from my garden. I love cooking rustic and wholesome food. Less meat when possible and lots of vegetables. All my condiments are made from scratch when possible. I also Love fermenting and Canning anything in season.
I am half Austrian and American and have a lot of european influence. Besides cooking food from my heritage I also love to cook Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Mediterranean, Spanish, and French.
