A young chef that has worked in various great restaurants and wants to get a chance to interact with those I am cooking for.
Growing up, food was a was my family connected and showed care for each other. Which made it a natural decision to be a chef once I had started my first job in a kitchen. Over the past 5 years I've worked in various restaurants ranging from small upscale casual seafood focused, to large fine dining operations that have shown me an array of cooking techniques as well as a variety of cuisines. Being a private chef is a chance for me to work closely with the people I'm creating food for while also giving me more freedom to experiment with new ingredients and dishes to accommodate your needs. My goal is to give the best experience possible in your home while making you feel like you are dining at one of the best restaurants in NYC.
