I am currently a student at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where I am honing my skills and deepening my understanding of the culinary world. My passion for cooking was ignited at a young age when I grew up watching the Food Network, inspiring me to explore different techniques and cuisines. Now, at 21 years old, I am dedicated to refining my craft and expanding my knowledge of food and its many possibilities. One ingredient that I particularly enjoy working with is the potato due to its incredible versatility. Whether roasted, mashed, fried, or incorporated into more complex dishes, potatoes provide endless opportunities for creativity in the kitchen. Through my culinary journey, I strive to master both classical and modern techniques while continuously pushing my skills to new heights.
