Food has been a lifelong passion of mine; I always look for ways to convey that love through the dishes I serve.
I've been working in New York City kitchens for the past six years, where I've honed my skills and learned different styles. I've also been a life-long baker and will take any opportunity to whip up a batch of cookies or bake a layer cake. For me, food is about joy, connection, memory, and fun. I always seek to source locally and seasonally, and balance meals to not leave the table feeling bogged down. That said, a little bit on indulgence is always on the menu.
