I’m Tommy Pisapia, a plant-based Italian chef with over 15 years of experience. After honing my craft through private chef dining experiences in the Bay Area—where I specialized in fresh pasta and scratch-made meat and cheese alternatives—I relocated to Texas. Now, I source local, sustainable ingredients from farmers’ markets and embrace a farm-to-table philosophy that supports community growers. I believe plant-based Italian cuisine can be as rich and satisfying as traditional fare, all while upholding ethics, sustainability, and honoring the hardworking farmers who make it all possible.
