20 plus years culinary experience, primarily in Las Vegas, from the finest of fine dining at michelin starred restaurants to the highest volume in the world at Tao Asian Bistro at the Venetian. Well versed in many ethnicities and contemporary cuisine. Basically i can handle any cuisine request. Currently the Executive Chef of a top Seattle restaurant so availability is limited.
