I am a Louisiana native born into cooking and grew a love for cooking at the age of 8. I inherently have a unique cooking style that transcends into all aspects of cooking from French, Italian to traditional southern cuisine. I have been in the food industry for 30 years with the last 18 being trained under some of the best innovative chefs in south Florida. I was Executive sous chef for a well-known restaurant and catered events for large companies. With a focus on whole plant based food cooking, i can turn just about any dish into a vegan delight. I have cooked for senior citizens, childern and adults with special dietary.
