Born in Brazil, but with an Italian grandmother and a Spanish Grandfather, the World was always my backyard. My early exposure to diverse cuisines sparked a lifelong passion for cooking and exploration.
Education and Training:
Honed my skills at the prestigious Culinary Institute of Florence, where I immersed myself in the art of Italian cooking. My education was complemented by apprenticeships in renowned Spanish kitchens in Donastia / San Sebastian - The world Meca of food, and Brazilian cookery schools, each experience enriching my understanding of the culinary arts.
