I am a wide variety style cuisine Chef. I’ve been in the kitchen as young as I could walk. Stepped in the role of sous chef very young at a from scratch style restaurant in Alaska. Which spiked my flame to crest the most delicious food I thought please. Working in different styles and restaurants and even running my own Italian restaurant. Have always been obsessed with creating that perfect dish and irreplaceable service. But my food says it all
