I developed a passion for culinary arts during my upbringing in a Caribbean cultural milieu, where the significance of food was deeply ingrained. Early memories involve actively participating in kitchen endeavors alongside my mother and sister. The captivating fragrance of fresh herbs and spices became a catalyst for my pursuit of a career in the culinary world. Each dish I create serves as a poignant homage to the cherished memories of my childhood.I staged ( apprenticed )at the international culinary institute as well as various restaurants threw out nyc for the last 7 years. The vibrant flavors of Caribbean food is my specialty I enjoy challenging my self by creating the dishes of many other cultures.
