When wanting to become a chef, I soon realized that it takes a strong Passionate Will to provide what is in High demand.

FOOD!! Cuisine, Taste And The Presentation factor.

Now after 10 + years in the Industry,

I had the fortunate experience to have worked in Fast-Paced HIgh-End Restaurants with POP-Up Kitchens, with Celebrity Chefs, and Catered Private Events. . . both Large Scale and intimate.

I am happy to accommodate specialty diets.

Such as Gluten-free, and Vegan / Plant-based.

Delighting customers with my Vegan/ Plant-based cuisine.

From Catering Events To One-on-One personal teaching & supplying weekly meals.

I also, enjoy teaching my clients how to take traditional cuisine: fish, seafood & poultry to a healthier level.

The quality and care I put into my food are well worth the effort.

I would love to continue to build and grow my style of cuisine and continue to travel around the world communicating my passion and love for food.
