Get to know me better

My food defines who I am.

Classically trained through an apprenticeship under French Chef Patrick Azoulay, I worked 16 hour days 6 days a week for 18 months. I have worked under some of New England's best Chef's and finest restaurants, from bar and grilled, to down to earth homesteads, to golf course country club tavern fare, as well a cafés and biots.

I am very innovative and enjoy creating off the wall items. Be they entree or desert I love to surprise my guests and clients.
