I am a professional chef, running my own restaurant, Pinto, on Christopher Street, NY since 2006. In 2016, we expanded to Brooklyn Heights and West Village. Pinto Restaurants specialize in contemporary Asian cuisine with a focus on Thai food. Besides running the restaurants, I also cater and organize weddings and events in the NYC area. Interestingly, I come from a theatre background, where the kitchen is my stage and the recipe is my script.
