I am a Private Chef with 41 years of experience working as an executive chef. My goal is to make amazing food to eat.
l can make high end dishes to just more the comfort food. l look at different dishes and options to fit your budget. I offer a Gluten-free/celiac, Vegan/Vegetarian menu items as well as meat lover options.
I can cook many different cuisines, American, Italian, Mexican/Latin American. I make great BBQ, souther foods, I can travel area is Palm Springs, josha Tree, Yucca Valley, LA area , San Diego Area, and the Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead areas
