A creative chef who cooks healthy and nutritious meals with heart and passion for what I do.
I am a classically trained chef with Mediterranean and Pacific Rim influences, with 20+ years experience in the culinary profession. Originally from Australia, my career has taken me internationally to many 5star properties and resorts, within Australia, England, Canada and Hawaii. I successfully completed a 4yr culinary apprenticeship in Sydney Australia and have experience in Events, Fine Dinning, Line and Prep Cooking, Meal Preparation and Pastry/Desserts. A resident of Maui since 2005 and after using my talents to help other Chef's with their businesses, I decided it was time to invest in my own capabilities. Personally my culinary point of view is "Fresh Fusion", which involves using the freshest of ingredients, cooking from scratch whilst incorporating many of the now popular food trends and dietary requirement.
