I have been cooking professionally for the last ten years both as a Private and Personal Chef, but in the kitchen with my dad as early as 8 yrs old. After 20+ years in retail management, I swapped sales for sauté pans and never looked back! I’ve worked with some amazing Chef’s in my career and I love being able to learn and teach others as well.
