Just a bit OCD with preparation and presentation. I love to have a good time and feel like I am apart of the celebration.
I'm a professional chef with 18 yrs in the industry and still love to learn and recreate classics and innovative masterpieces. My biggest critics are my daughter and my son. I am a single father with a passion for healing with food. I have worked in over 10 restaurants boasting every type of cuisine from Thai, Chinese, Mediterranean, Italian, Creole, or Fine dining and Rustic American since the beginning of my career. This was to ensure I can receive knowledge and skills from a variety of great chefs.
